What kinds will I receive with my order?
Not only will you or your gift recipient receive a variety of flavors, you will receive a variety of brands. Common flavors include teriyaki, cajun, bbq, and hot flavors. Our current club members feedback shapes what we ship in the future. This is our secret to making our club better each month (not that you wouldn't thrilled already).
Do you send a wide variety of gourmet jerky?
We regularly hunt for new products and we also know almost every dried meat product manufacturer in the United States. If they make it, chances are that it's come across our review table.
Plus, our team taste tests and reviews all of the jerky's that get shipped to our jerky club members. For every one we try, we say no to at least two. If our customers aren't thrilled, we aren't satisfied.
How large is each monthly selection?
A typical shipment will consist of 3, 3oz bags. Sometimes you will get extra's if we can convince brands to give tasting sample's to win new long term customers. You always have the option of Getting it all at once though.
How is your monthly jerky club packaged?
You jerky will typically come in a bubble mailer. Jerky was popular in the west and with mountaineers because it travels very well. We don't get to fancy with packaging so we can offer our customers that best prices and let flavor speak for itself.
Can I choose the types that I'll receive?
Our jerky club is about exploration. If you are a picky eater, consider giving friends flavors that you feel might not fit your palette. Also, consider try some of our pre-planned samplers or requesting a monthly shipment of jerky's that you enjoy.
What if I don't like one of the Jerky's? Do you offer a guarantee?
We haven't built a reputation on letting customers down, but if you are unhappy for any reason just let us know and we will be happy to refund any un-shipped portions of your order.
If I send JerkySpot® Jerky of The Month, do you include a message?
We are happy to send a gift message along with your purchase. Simply add you message to the notes to seller during checkout.
How do you ship your products?
We ship all monthly gift clubs to arrive the first week of each month. All shipments are shipped by ups and are delivered with insurance in case of damage. Your first shipment will always ship immediately.
Can you ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO boxes?
Yes, we can ship a gift FPO or APO, but it will take a while to get their. We will send it out at the same time as other shipments but deliver may vary if the address is oversees.
Can you ship outside the United States?
We apologize but we can only ship within the United States.
