Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us using the customer service form link in the navigation of our website at Jerkyspot.com with your questions.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you've placed it. If you don't receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

We manage insurance claims with USPS and UPS. 1st class mail does not provide insurance, and your order will not be covered by insurance. If you would like insurance, please request priority shipping for $5. If your order qualifies for free priority shipping, insurance is included.

International Shipments

We do not currently ship internationally due to the issues with exporting beef and pork products. Any orders placed from outside the US will be refunded and void.

Signature Requirement

All items with a value of more than $100 are shipped signature required if possible; please plan accordingly. We will be happy to remove the signature requirement on request; please contact us as soon as possible at support@jerkyspot.com and be sure to include your order number. Please note that, in this case, you will be accepting responsibility if anything were to happen to the package.
